Who am I?
I am an anthropologist and have been working as a UX researcher for over 5 years. I mainly work on cross-cultural qualitative research projects.
My M.A. in Anthropology from Hunter College, CUNY, focused on "Human Experience in the Immersive Experience Economy," further deepening my theoretical foundation and cross-cultural perspective on digital experiences.
I also provide research consulting services to start-ups and small companies.

My Experiences
Previously, I worked at a UX research company, a market research company, and an advertising and software agency.
I led projects across various fields, including fintech, gaming and entertainment, and home appliances.
I conducted projects with diverse teams and gained experience delivering outputs to marketing, design, product, and development teams.
My research philosophy is rooted in empathy and rigor, leveraging my anthropological training to delve beyond surface-level observations. I specialize in:
Generative Research: Uncovering unmet user needs, mental models, and cultural contexts to inform new product development or significant feature enhancements.
Evaluative Research: Testing existing products or prototypes to identify usability issues, validate design decisions, and optimize user flows.
Cross-Cultural Insight: Bringing a unique lens to understand how cultural factors influence user interactions and product adoption, ensuring solutions are globally relevant and locally appropriate.
Holistic Human Understanding: Applying insights from aesthetics, ethics, psychology, economics, and politics to inform comprehensive user experiences.
